“The staff were wonderful – I've never met a hotel team so happy to serve us. They even had breakfast ready early when we had to catch a flight. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything with lots of shops and restaurants. We only stayed two nights but enjoyed every moment.”

“We had a great time at the Manor hotel in Hanoi – the staff were excellent, attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is amazing; you don't want to leave unless you have to. Breakfast in the restaurant was great, and there was a book store where I found some books. Travel information was available throughout the hotel. It's new and very clean – we'll be back.”
